These Reman heads are disassembled, baked and blasted with stainless steel shot.
These like new castings are then inspected and pressure checked for cracks and leaks.
New components are then installed and brought into specification.
The heads are then resurfaced with a CBN cutter.
They are packaged in a reusable crate.
